Water doesn’t have to ruin your spray tan—but how you care for it afterward makes all the difference.

✨ Before heading out, apply a lotion-based SPF. It keeps your skin hydrated, provides more even coverage, and is generally more water-resistant than spray sunscreens. Hydrated skin = a longer-lasting, more even fade.

🌊 After swimming in the pool, lake, or ocean, rinse off as soon as you can. Chlorine and salt water continue breaking down your tan the longer they sit on your skin.
