jK of course 😜
But Wouldn’t it be great if this actually was all that was on your to-do list!? 😄

September… always bitter-sweet…
I love the loosey-goosey-go with the flow vibes of summer…
But I also *need* the routine and structure September brings😅
Who’s with me on this?? Mamas?? 😄
Welllll… I’m surely biased lol but I think FIIT flow classes might be the best of both worlds 😉
They combine feel-good-movement-fun and novelty (kinda like summer;) to keep your brain happy - no two classes are ever the same… with repetition and familiarity (like fall/back to school;) to keep your nervous system feeling safe! 🤗
These are not crazy classes guys, they are very do-able for most bodies, and I try to offer modifications for all levels of practitioner.
Some days we get good ‘n sweaty, some days we get flowy, zenny and chill… every class is similar but different, and you’re always invited to make it work for you - even if that means doing a 45 minute Savasana or having a nap. 😊
There are a few spots left to snag for the Sept-Oct. session.
*Don’t worry, we won’t do the pose in the picture lol (unless you want to;) …but I do love to breakdown challenging postures/movements and train the individual components/pre-requisites of them - bc that’s where the gold is! 😁

Hello again cyber world! 👋😊
It’s been another minute (+ some thousands of kilometers and a few hundred thousand steps!😅)

But alas, the dénouement of my summer adventures has arrived and I’m slowly finding some routine again. 😌
I am back to [manual lymphatic] work this week, but have no available openings until next week…
*I know I’ve missed a number of emails/calls/messages this month… if I haven’t gotten back to you yet, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. 🙏🏾

Please let me know if you’re planning on joining! 🤗
Ok, that’s all for now.
Hope you’re all fairing well and savouring all the sweet summer things! 💕☀️🌻

Magnesium is the mineral that keeps your body from gripping.
Your muscles. Your jaw. Your nervous system…
It regulates the balance between contraction and release inside your cells. And modern life burns through it.
Stress consumes it.
Coffee increases its loss.
Sugar wastes it.
Filtered water removed it.
Even vitamin D doesn’t fully activate without it.
You can be eating well and still be deficient in magnesium bc it’s nearly impossible to attain enough from food alone.
Magnesium sits on receptors in the brain that prevent over-firing. When it runs low, the gate doesn’t close.
Everything feels a little louder.
A little sharper.
A little harder to land in.
Most of us are trying to regulate a nervous system that’s missing the mineral that makes regulation possible.
Magnesium affects every cell in our body and almost every function Of the body, From the production of insulin to the DHEA hormone, to muscle building and vitamin D absorption, to circulation and blood oxygen levels..
👉🏾 Magnesium Miracle is a topical transdermal magnesium lotion formulated with arnica, comfrey, St. John’s wort, and calendula to soothe the nervous system, improve sleep, relieve pain & inflammation in the joints/muscles/tissues, and speed up healing in bruises & minor injuries.

Can you feel it???

I know we are a culture conditioned in convenience, instant gratification, and overnight results expectations… but the reality is the body just doesn’t work that way.
I do not say this to upsell anyone more treatments, I say this to be honest, realistic and out of respect for your body and my nervous system! 😅
Yes, most people do notice a significant difference after one full body treatment, BUT It may very well take multiple treatments to get the aesthetic results you might be looking for.
The more comfortable your nervous system is with mine (from time spent together;), the better your whole body is going to respond, and the more effective this work will be. 💕
And I don't say this scare you lol, again, just to be realistic so you can make informed choices. 👍🏾
Please please pleease, do not book a 3 hour treatment as your first session with me bc you think it’s going to be more effective and get you better results.
You might be totally fine and feel great after, but if you are completely new to manual lymphatic therapy, depending on what’s going on inside your body, that amount of lymph work all at once could make you feel like you got hit by a train.
It’d be like going to the gym for the first time ever and trying to lift 200lbs without even a warm up. 🥴🙈
I strongly recommend starting with a facial treatment OR a basic full body treatment and building up to the longer sessions. 💕💕
