If you’re struggling to get into a better routine and looking for a way to incorporate exercise, then I’d encourage you to take a page from my book entitled “absolutely do not sit down when you get home from work.”
If I get myself out the door the second I get home from my workday, it’s MUCH easier to get a good walk in, I catch the most brilliant sunsets AND I am back before dark which means I am less likely to get eaten by wolves. YAY!
Nikki Semeniuk/Somatic Exercises is a total game changer for both my practice and my own body!!!!!

Get outside and get your body moving before that snow flies! Movement is medicine!
Continuing education is mandatory for massage therapists but it’s also extremely valuable. Somatics is the magic I didn’t know we all needed. Can’t wait to continue improving my skills so I can help you all feel better!

I’ve been quiet but busy between work and gardening and paperwork and more gardening. We are now entering busy season which tends to stretch right until seeding.
For those who like to get in for regular massage treatments, you’re going to want to get booked in soon!
