One thing I have focused on this year is getting stronger and trying things I didn't know I would be able to do but I am surprising myself!

I challenge you to try one thing that may seem hard as you do not know what you are capable of and you are far stronger than you think!

THIS is why I generally ask what my students want before I start teaching. It isn't because I have no idea what to teach or I don't have a plan, it's because I am not at the front of the room for me, it isn't my practice.

It's about helping everyone in the room find peace and comfort and, at times, pain relief.

It's about looking around the room before class to see what stretches people are doing to understand where everyone may need to go in practice. It's about asking what people may need as input is always welcome and needed.

I am so grateful to be at the front of the room to guide you every single time I am up there ❤️

So grateful to have the opportunity to attend a yoga retreat where I get to just be in the back of the room 🙏 ❤️

Lots of laughs, connection and validation was made last night at our women's circle! I am so grateful for the women that showed up for themselves and shared space.
