I am thrilled to be back in the treatment room and working with clients toward their health goals!

My approach to care is rooted in meeting you exactly where you are - walking alongside you as we support your body’s needs and work toward your wellness goals. I’m truly looking forward to becoming part of your canopy of care.

I have a particular interest in working with clients who suffer from headaches and migraines due to neck, back, and jaw tension. I aim to release and realign structures that contribute to your pain using common techniques, such as trigger point therapy and stretching when appropriate, or less common techniques such as intra-oral massage when indicated. As someone who also experiences migraines, I’m passionate about helping reduce their frequency and the burden they place on daily life. For some individuals, massage can have a significant impact.
