I’ve always believed that getting your hair done can be about so much more than the hair.

Sometimes you come in with a lot on your mind.
Sometimes you need to vent.
Sometimes you need someone to listen.
Sometimes you don’t even know what you need, you just know you needed to get out of the house for a little while.

And sometimes we talk about absolutely nothing and laugh until our stomachs hurt.

I’ve had some of the most meaningful conversations sitting behind the chair over the years. About heartbreak, motherhood, starting over, big life changes, little victories, hard days, new beginnings and everything in between.

There’s something really special about being given a little piece of someone’s story and being trusted with it.

So yes, we’ll talk about your colour.
We’ll talk about your hair.
We’ll make you feel beautiful.

But we can also just sit & chat.

No pressure to have it all together. No need to be “fine.”

Just come as you are.

Grey, but make it dimensional ✨

She wanted more brightness, contrast and an overall uplift, while still keeping her natural grey beautifully blended.

So I created a soft balayage with strategically placed brightness and dimension, giving her hair that fresh, luminous feeling without taking away from the gorgeous grey that makes this colour uniquely hers.

Because grey blending doesn’t have to mean flat or one-dimensional. You can embrace the grey and have gorgeous movement, brightness and contrast.

✨ Sometimes all you need is a little refresh.

This mini blonding was the perfect example. We didn’t need a full blonding appointment or a major change. Just a little brightness and strategic placement to soften and blend everything back together.

A few well-placed pieces can make such a difference, bringing back that fresh, bright feeling while keeping the overall look natural and dimensional. 🤍

Because sometimes you don’t need a whole new look… you just need a little refresh. ✨

There’s a lot that comes with choosing to bet on yourself. 🌅

Sometimes you can know in your heart that you’re meant for something more, while still being scared to leave what you already know.

Making a big change in your career can look exciting from the outside. A new space. A fresh start. A new chapter.

But there’s another side to it that people don’t always see.

The uncertainty.
The rebuilding.
The days where you wonder when the bookings will come.
The moments where you question whether you made the right decision.

I’d be lying if I said this transition has been easy.

I left behind a place where I had spent years building my career and a clientele that I had worked incredibly hard for. Walking away from something so established and stepping into the unknown has been humbling.

But I also knew I had a dream that was bigger than where I was.

And sometimes believing in that bigger dream means being willing to start again.

So right now, I’m rebuilding.

I’m showing up.
I’m creating.
I’m meeting new people.
I’m putting myself out there.
And I’m learning to be okay with not having all the answers yet.

Because maybe the point isn’t to know exactly how it’s all going to work out.

Maybe it’s to trust yourself enough to take the first step anyway.

I’m incredibly proud of what I built before. And I’m excited to see what I can build from here.
