Da Estrela Wellness

A little glimpse into what a Reiki session can look and feel like at Da Estrela Wellness. ✨

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice focused on creating space to slow down, relax, reconnect, and simply receive.

Every session is different. Some people notice warmth or tingling, some become deeply relaxed, some get emotional, and some simply leave feeling calmer and more grounded.

There’s nothing you need to know beforehand and nothing you need to “do” during your session.

Just breathe, settle in, and allow yourself the time to be still. 🖤

Sometimes we carry more than we realize.

Sometimes we just need a little space to let some of it go.

✨ Reiki sessions available at Da Estrela Wellness.
