Town and Country Clips

OWNER FOUND ❤️

This is why the intake forms are so important! We were able to search by breed and contact the owners. 🥰

Anyone missing a little sir? Very sweet, fixed, older boy. He is at the shop with us now. A young lady almost hit him on Hwy 69 .. We will care for him until his owner is found. ❤️

See you all tonight! 🥰

TOMORROW NIGHT! LIMITED SPOTS 🧡

Just so you know… when you support a small business, THIS is what you’re supporting.

Town and Country Clips has been a family-owned grooming salon for 30 years, and behind every appointment, every freshly groomed pup, every phone call and every message is a family doing its very best.

Small businesses aren’t just a name on a sign.

They’re families. They’re years of hard work, early mornings, busy days, tired feet and people who genuinely care about the animals and families who walk through their doors.

But there’s also a whole life happening behind the scenes that our clients don’t always get to see.

Your support helps make the everyday moments possible — Sports, school activities and adventures, family outings, caring for our own pets, and all the little memories in between. It supports multiple generations of our family, including a grandma (Pete) who not only plays a huge role in keeping this little business going, but an even bigger role in her grandson’s life.

When you support a family business, you’re truly supporting a family.

That’s also why no-shows can be especially difficult. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and your pet. If someone doesn’t arrive or cancel, we often can’t fill that spot on short notice. It means lost income for a small business and a missed opportunity for another client who may have been waiting weeks.

We completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, plans change and emergencies come up — all we ask is for as much notice as possible. ❤️

Every time you show up for an appointment, recommend us to a friend, share one of our posts, leave us feedback or simply continue trusting us with your furry family members, you’re supporting so much more than a grooming appointment.

You’re supporting our staff, our families, our children and a little salon that has been lucky enough to care for generations of the Hanmer area pets since 1996.

Thank you for supporting local.
Thank you for respecting the time we reserve for your pets.
And most importantly, thank you for supporting our little Town and Country Clips family and everything that happens behind the scenes. ❤️

So many new faces! Just look at these little cuties! Today was all about their Intro Grooms — helping them get comfortable with the sights, sounds, handling, and routine of being at the grooming salon.

Starting puppies young and keeping their first experiences positive can make such a difference as they grow!

And the exciting part… next month, these sweet pups will be back for their very first full haircuts and will receive their official First Haircut Certificates! 🥹

We can’t wait to watch these little ones grow up and be part of their grooming journey. ❤️

I’ll already be at the salon setting up for our upcoming Fall Photo Sessions, so I thought I’d open up the hour for anyone needing a few quick services.
