Something new is now being offered at Bang Up Beauty

Over the last little while Helena has been expanding her focus into something that is truly dear to her heart, helping other women in a deeper way. As an Esthetician, her work has always been about helping women relax, feel confident, and feel beautiful in their own skin. Through that work, she has seen firsthand how many women are struggling silently through perimenopause and menopause without enough support or understanding.

This stage of life is often not talked about enough, and many women are left feeling confused, overwhelmed, or not like themselves.

Helena has completed her Menopause Awareness and Menopause Support Coaching diplomas and is now offering personalized one on one sessions focused on education, guidance, and support for women navigating this transition.

These sessions are private, supportive, and completely tailored to you. Whether you are looking for clarity around symptoms, direction on next steps, or simply a place to talk, you will be supported in a safe and non judgmental environment. Helena can also help guide you toward appropriate medical support or additional care when needed.

The goal is to help you better understand your body and support you with simple, realistic ways to feel more like yourself again.
