One thing I’ve noticed with many tallow creams on the market is that they keep adding more and more oils, extracts, and ingredients. While that may sound appealing, my approach is different.

At Glow with Tallow, I believe less is more.

Adding too many oils can sometimes make it difficult to know how your skin will react, and for some people, it can be overwhelming. I prefer to let the tallow do the heavy lifting while using only a couple of complementary ingredients to support healthy, balanced skin.

Why is tallow such a good moisturizer?

Tallow helps your skin because its structure and nutrients closely match what your skin naturally needs to function properly.
Your skin produces oils made of fatty acids. Tallow contains very similar fatty acids (oleic, palmitic, and stearic acid), so your skin recognizes it and absorbs it easily. This helps restore balance instead of disrupting it.
Your outer skin layer (lipid barrier) is made of fats that keep moisture in and irritants out. Tallow replenishes these lipids, helping reduce dryness, sensitivity, and damage.
It also contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are easily absorbed.
