Just wanted to put a few things out there:
-Studio 60 offers mobile services to those who have mobility issues.
-You are responsible for setting reminders outside of the reminders you receive from my booking system. There is one the day you book the appointment and TWO hours before your appointment. Failure to show up will result in a 50% fee.

Hello fabulous clients!
We have become so reliant on technology for reminders, I know that you get a confirmation text when booking an appointment, I also know that you get one one hour before the appointment. However I do ask that you put it in your schedule the day before as well to prevent any last minute cancellations! If you can not make it to your appointment please reach out to me 24 hours in advance. I also want to remind you all that there is still a late fee/no show fee in effect which must be paid prior to booking your next appointment, if this fee is not paid, you will no longer be booked. I can’t believe it’s been one whole month since Studio 60 opened its doors! I want to say a huge thank you to all of my clients, as always you are all absolutely amazing! I hope you’re all settling well and feeling comfortable, welcome and pleased with the transition and services you have received here so far! As always, my goal is make sure you are happy with your visits and should an issue ever arise, I want you to know that I will do whatever I can to remedy said issue. I know there have been some minor delays in getting back to some clients but please know this is kept to a minimum and not done purposely as I check messages in between clients, on break and after hours. If you are looking to book an appointment that has a deadline, I recommend calling to ensure a quick response. When booking appointments through messenger an automated text goes out asking for details. The following information would be great to have: service you are looking for, time frame that works best for you throughout the day/week/month, current picture of hair, inspiration pictures, and previous hair history, if you are a new client to Studio 60 or have changed your number, a phone number would also be great as so you can receive your reminders!
