Massage is more than what happens to the muscles.

Sometimes you just have to slow down enough to notice. 🤍

I’m running out of creative ways to tell you I have appointments available. 😂

So here we are.

Book the damn massage. You know you want to. 💆🏼‍♀️

Your neck hurts. Your shoulders are up by your ears. You’ve been saying “I really need a massage” for three weeks.

This is your sign. 😂

📲 Go book the appointment.

A little room on my table this weekend 🤍

If your body has been asking for some attention lately, consider this your reminder to actually book the massage you keep saying you need. 🙈

I have a few openings Friday, one left on Saturday, and availability Sunday.

Come get cozy, unplug for a bit, and let me take care of the rest. ✨

A little leg love in tonight's Restorative Yoga Class.

This supported single leg raise is one of those poses that looks simple, but feels so good when your body is fully supported.

Using a bolster under the leg allows you to settle into the position without gripping or working to hold the leg up.

This is restorative yoga🤍

RMT in the wild 🌊🏄‍♀️

Yes, I do leave the treatment room occasionally. 😂

Today’s location: on a paddle board, enjoying the sunshine and pretending I know what I’m doing.

🌿 Paediatric Massage: What to Expect 🌿

Massage can be a wonderful tool for children and youth, but their comfort, safety, and consent always come first. Here’s what you can expect when booking paediatric massage with me.

👧 Ages 3+
I currently offer paediatric massage for children and youth ages 3 and up. For a first visit, appointments are 30 or 45 minutes so we can see how they respond to treatment. Longer appointments can be discussed after the first visit if appropriate.

👩‍👧 First Visit
For clients under 16, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them for their first appointment and be present in the treatment room for verbal consent.

After consent is established, the parent/guardian may stay in the room or wait in the waiting area, but must remain in the building.

🤍 Consent Comes First
Every client, regardless of age, has the right to say no to treatment or to stop at any point. Even if a parent or guardian feels massage would be beneficial, the child or youth’s choice will be respected.

👕 Clothing & Draping
Clients choose their own comfort level when it comes to clothing. Fully clothed massage is absolutely an option and can be very effective for many treatment goals.

I will explain draping and boundaries before treatment. The client will be draped as though they were completely undressed, regardless of what they are wearing. My hands never go underneath clothing or the drape.

🗣️ During Treatment
I will explain what I’m doing in age-appropriate language and check in throughout the appointment. Pressure, positioning, techniques, and the treatment itself can all be changed or stopped at any time.

There is no “toughing it out.” If they’re uncomfortable, we stop.

🌱 The Goal
Paediatric massage should feel safe, respectful, and empowering. My goal is to create an environment where young clients understand what to expect, feel comfortable speaking up, and know that their comfort and choices will always be respected. 🤍

If you’re wondering whether paediatric massage might be appropriate for your child, I’m always happy to answer questions before booking.

✨ NEW SERVICE! ✨

I’m excited to now offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage at Sitka!

This gentle, rhythmic technique is designed to encourage lymphatic flow and can be helpful for swelling, fluid retention and post-surgical recovery.

This is a very light-pressure treatment, focused on slow, intentional movements rather than deep tissue work. 🤍

Now available to book!!
