Ashley Comeau-Sidock, RMT

On Sept. 8th I had an unfortunate encounter while walking my dog which resulted in an injury to my finger caused by the leash.

On Sept. 21st I attended the consult with the specialist and had surgery the following morning. I have some permanent hardware, a subcutaneous pin that will be removed in a few weeks and currently wearing a full time brace for another 5 weeks minimum.

I have been off since my surgery and will take the time for proper recovery. Until then, if clients need treatments please do not hesitate to reach out so I can refer you to other RMT’s within our clinic accordingly.

I’m hopeful to return to work the first week of November. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Ashley Sidock, RMT

NOTE: my practitioner profile has been temporarily suspended from the Jane booking website until I know my exact return to work date. I will be contacting all of my regular clients privately as soon as I get my approval to return to work. ♥️

Grateful for all my lovely clients who’ve kept me extra busy over the past two months 💕 Going into this week fully booked once again. Please try & prebook all your regular massage appointments 💆‍♀️

If anyone was wondering what goes through a 6 year old’s mind during a massage. 💆
Here is Zane’s commentary during today’s treatment:

-Ugh, take a long time
-Mom, massage done yet
-Why are you tickling me
-Why you poke my muscles
-This makes my muscles strong right
-Ah, you make me soft
-Oh, that feels nice
-Thank you mummy
&
- « Ah, that’s the stuff! »
😂

Grateful for the clientele I’ve built over the past 15 years. I just wanted to wish all of my past & regular clients a Happy New Year & all the best in 2026! 🎉

Another year volunteering @ the Fort McMurray Marathon 🏃

The team at Accel had a great time volunteering at this year’s Fort McMurray marathon. A huge thank you to all of the volunteers that made this event successful, and a massive congratulations to all the runners that participated today. It’s now time to rest and recover.

Today is my 15 year anniversary as an RMT!
I’ve been practicing 13 years in Alberta & next March marks 10 years Physical Therapy.❤️ I’m so grateful for this rewarding career & my loyal clients.
