I’m so grateful for everyone who supports me. To continue providing the care and attention you deserve while protecting my time with my family, I need to reinforce a few policies.

1. No-shows
Every appointment is reserved specifically for you. When you don’t attend, that time becomes lost income and an appointment another client could have used—even for a $65 extension tightening.

Going forward, no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service, rather than 50%. A credit card on file will also be required to secure all future appointments.

2. Arriving late
Please allow extra travel time, especially as road and weather conditions change.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged for the missed appointment. If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, I can still accommodate you, but finishing and styling will not be included.

This keeps the day on schedule for the clients after you and allows me to get home to my children on time.

3. Payment
Payment is due in full before you leave the salon. Please have your payment method ready at your appointment. Paying later, including once you get to your vehicle, will no longer be accepted.

4. Booking and communication
Please book online or contact my business social media pages for appointments and hair-related questions.

My personal phone number is not a business contact number. Please do not use it for appointment requests or share it with others. Keeping business communication in one place helps me stay organized and maintain boundaries between work and family life.

5. Extension and service pricing
All prices are firm and non-negotiable. My pricing reflects the quality of the hair, products, time, education, and care involved in your service.

Extensions are a luxury investment that requires ongoing home care and regular maintenance appointments. Please ensure you’re comfortable with both the initial cost and the upkeep before committing.

I’m always happy to explain pricing, maintenance, and aftercare so you can make an informed decision. In return, I ask that conversations about my prices remain respectful. If the cost or maintenance commitment doesn’t suit your budget or lifestyle, I completely understand.

6. After-hours appointments
My regular working hours end at 4 p.m. Appointments outside those hours, when available, will include an after-hours fee, which will be communicated before booking.

That time comes out of my family time, and the additional fee reflects that commitment.

These policies help me run a sustainable business, give each client my full attention, and protect time with my family. They will be applied consistently moving forward.
