We’re pleased to share that Dr. Tsoi is coming out of retirement after nearly 40 years as a physician and will be returning to Estevan to practice at Kindred Care Collective.
Dr. Tsoi will be available one week each month, offering both booked and walk-in appointments starting January 21.
