Guiding you toward balance, flow, and whole-body wellness.

Welcome to Sara Lodge Wellness — a peaceful space for holistic healing, balance, and renewal. I’m Sara, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) specializing in the mind-gut connection and the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support. In my practice, I combine Holistic Nutrition, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Restorative/Yin Yoga to help women feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. Each service is designed to nurture your nervous system, reduce inflammation, and restore flow — whether through food, movement, or mindful self-care. My approach is intuitive, evidence-informed, and deeply compassionate. I believe in small, sustainable rituals that create lasting change, inside and out.

✨ Supporting your glow from the inside out.

Introducing... Sara Unfiltered my not-so-regular wellness newsletter.

I retired The Weekly Digest because, well… I don’t really send a weekly emails anymore. 😂

And honestly? I don’t want to send you an email just because Tuesday rolled around.

I want to send you things that are actually worth opening.

Nutrition. Lymphatic health. Lymphatic drainage. Bodywork. Restorative yoga. The mind-body connection.

Things I’m learning. Things I’m questioning. Things happening behind the scenes in my business. And yes… probably a few opinions. * You can count on that*

Especially about the wellness industry.

Because sometimes I think we’ve become so focused on performing wellness, the perfect routines, perfect food, perfect bodies and perfectly curated lives, that we’ve forgotten what real wellness actually looks like.

I’m much more interested in the real stuff.

What actually helps.
What doesn’t.
What I’m still figuring out.
And what I’ve completely changed my mind about as a practitioner.

So no, this won’t be a perfectly polished weekly email.

It’ll just be me, sharing what I think is actually worth talking about.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, sign up through the link in my bio.

Or DM me UNFILTERED and I’ll add you to the list.

And this fab new photo is by .studiospacephotography 🤍 I could not be happier with my images. Stay tuned for more.

🌿 YOU ASKED… SO I’M BRINGING IT TO GUELPH.

I’ve had so many people ask me “When are you bringing this to Guelph?!”

So… here we go.

I’m bringing The Lymphatic Ritual to

This is one of my favourite workshops because it brings together two things I genuinely love teaching:

🧘‍♀️ 60 min Lymphatic-Focused Restorative Yoga
A slow, gentle practice combining restorative postures, breath and lymphatic-focused movement and positioning.

✨ 60 min Guided DIY Lymphatic Facial
I’ll walk you through simple face + neck techniques inspired by the principles I use in my lymphatic drainage practice.

You’ll also get a simple take-home guide so you can continue exploring the practice on your own.

And you absolutely do not need any experience to come.

You don’t need to know anything about lymphatics.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be “good” at yoga.

Just come as you are.

And one thing I always say in my classes…

I can create the space. What you do with it is up to you.

I’m not promising a reset or telling you how you should feel afterward. 😂

Maybe you completely melt into it. Maybe you learn something new. Maybe you simply enjoy two hours where nobody needs anything from you.

There’s no wrong way to receive it.

🌿 THE LYMPHATIC RITUAL
Lymphatic-Focused Restorative Yoga + DIY Lymphatic Facial

📅 October 18
🕐 1–3 PM
📍 Karma Yoga, Guelph

Limited spots available.

Come breathe.
Come learn.
Come slow down.
Come see what a little more space feels like. 🤍

🔗IN THE BIOOOOO or DM ME (I don’t have the fancy automated response though)

Please note: This is a guided lymphatic self-care experience for personal use only. It is not professional lymphatic training or certification and does not qualify or authorize participants to perform or offer lymphatic facials or lymphatic treatments on others.

The thymus is basically the training ground for your immune system.

It takes white blood cells and turns them into T-cells, which are responsible for fighting off infections and keeping you healthy.

At the same time, your lymphatic system acts as the body’s drainage network, clearing out waste, toxins, and fluid so your immune cells can actually do their job efficiently.

When the system gets sluggish or clogged up, your whole body feels it, and your immune defence takes a hit.

Keep it moving, stay hydrated, and give it the attention it needs.

The lymphatic system is not one to ignore anymore…this is important s**t!

🔥 Save this for later and share it with someone who needs to take care of their immune health! Annoying right?!

I don’t think you need 14 supplements, a $200 water bottle, a morning routine that takes two hours and a refrigerator full of powders.

I think we’ve made wellness way more complicated than it needs to be.

Sometimes it’s eating actual food.
Going for a walk.
Sleeping enough.
Drinking some damn water.
Breathing properly.
Moving your body.
Getting outside.
Putting your phone down.
And learning how to slow the hell down.

And no, I’m not saying supplements, fancy products or wellness routines are bad. AT least, not all of them, but don’t get me started.

I’m saying they shouldn’t become another thing you feel like you’re failing at.

Because if your version of “wellness” is making you more stressed, more overwhelmed and constantly convinced you’re not doing enough...

Maybe it’s time to simplify.

Okay friends, here’s where I’ll be hanging out in September 🌿

A little lymphatic work.
A little restorative yoga.
A couple of workshops.
A wellness festival.

A few chances to slow down, learn something new and connect with some really lovely humans.

If you’ve been meaning to come to something, this is your sign. 😉

You’re good at moving your body. But are you equally good at letting it rest? 🌿

If you love Pilates, yoga, fitness and staying active, this is your invitation to try something a little different.

I’m bringing a special Lymphatic-Focused Restorative Yoga class to Midtown Yoga & Pilates.

This isn’t a traditional yoga class where we’re trying to build strength, go deeper into a pose or keep moving.

It’s an opportunity to slow down and actually let your body restore.
We’ll explore gentle restorative postures, breathing and lymphatic-focused techniques, along with essential oils and optional hands-on adjustments.

And you don’t need to own a yoga studio’s worth of props 😂

Blocks are provided, just bring your own cozy blanket.

This is especially lovely if you:

🌿 Do Pilates or yoga regularly
🌿 Have an active lifestyle
🌿 Feel like your body needs more recovery
🌿 Want to support lymphatic flow
🌿 Need an hour to slow down and breathe
🌿 Or simply want to experience something different

FREE for Midtown members
$20 for non-members

📍 Midtown Yoga & Pilates
📅 September 17 @ 12pm

Sometimes taking care of your body isn’t about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about giving it permission to be still.

I’d love to have you join me. 🤍 (link in the Bioooo) if your a member sign up on using your midtown account

This is just my POV 👇🏼

I scroll right past a lot of wellness content lately because, honestly, so much of it looks the same.

Same aesthetic.
Same perfectly staged photos.
Same fonts.
Same generic quotes.
Same “wellness” language.

And maybe that works for some people, but it doesn’t really connect with me.

When I’m looking at a wellness business, I want to know the real person behind it. I want to know the what, the why, the who. I want to feel like I’m connecting with an actual human being, not just looking at another perfectly curated version of what wellness is supposed to look like.

I think authenticity matters.

And honestly, that’s something I have always leaned into with my own business. And just life in general.

Less trying to look like everyone else.
More showing up as myself. 🤍 (hey, I also know I won’t be everyone’s cup of cacao)

Just my POV. Take it or leave it.
