Hello friends! Nicole is now doing massage in Elk Point starting September 1st!

Hey everyone!
Thought I would do a little introduction!
My names Nicole Bristow, I am a registered massage therapist and owner of Wild Roots Massage

I’m so excited to welcome you to my massage practice and introduce myself. I have a passion for helping people feel and function their best, whether that means addressing muscle tension and pain, improving mobility and range of motion, supporting injury recovery, or reducing physical stress and strain on the body.

I created Wild Roots Massage with the goal of providing a comfortable, welcoming space where every treatment is individualized and focused on your specific therapeutic needs. Each session is designed to support your body’s structure and function through targeted, evidence-informed massage techniques.

Wild Roots Massage will be located in the Optimal Wellness Elk Point Business in Elk Point (5022 49 ave) and I’ll officially begin welcoming clients starting September 1, 2026! I’m so excited to bring my practice to the area and start connecting with clients in the community.

I’m looking forward to meeting new clients, building connections within the community, and continuing to grow as a massage therapist.

My official schedule and availability will be released soon! In the meantime, if you’re interested in booking an appointment, feel free to send me a message and we can get you booked in. 🌿

I can’t wait to welcome you to Wild Roots Massage!

When life gets busy, don’t put your health on the back burner! 🥵

At LiveStrongerStudio, any workout attire is acceptable including a post office outfit, scrub, or summer office clothes! 😆

Brownie points for these ladies showing up in their work attire, and putting in the work after a hard days work! 💪🏻💗

If you’re looking for a calming experience or a more focused and deep session she can offer both relaxation and deep tissue! Cupping can also be added to sessions at no additional cost and is highly recommended!
