What I’ve realized is that so many people rely on box store vitamins.. many of which contain synthetic forms of “vitamins” that are harmful for your liver.
This goes for children’s vitamins as well.

I personally choose to use organic sea kelp, which contains 60+ natural vitamins and minerals. Not just for myself but for my kids as well.
It’s easy to put into smoothies or sprinkle on food.
