Why did silver win?
The client naturally has some variation in her complexion, with the centre of her face appearing lighter than the outer perimeter.
In the gold, that difference becomes more noticeable, making her complexion appear less even.
In the silver, those two tones blend together much more seamlessly, creating the appearance of a more even complexion.
It’s a subtle difference on camera, but one that’s much more noticeable in person.

I had the most fun session today with a Filipina Sister 🤍🇵🇭 We laughed our way through every lipstick swatch, but seeing her reaction when she found her shade was definitely the highlight.
We tried four lipstick shades:
One outside her palette
One MLBB
Two from her season (Winter)
The difference? She couldn’t stop smiling when she saw the right one. 🥹
Safe to say we spent just as much time laughing as we did testing lipsticks. 🤍
