With 14 years in the beauty industry, over 15 certifications from some of the best trainers around the world, and thousands of cosmetic tattoo procedures done to date, Starrly's portfolio is nothing short of amazing. Best known for her stunning makeup looks and flawless powder ombre brows, she has grown to be one of the most sought-after artists in Alberta. Starrly is proudly Indigenous from the small community of Beaver First Nation, her goal is to create a fun, inclusive space for Indigenous and BIPOC women to get pampered, boost confidence and feel the most beautiful on the block 🖤 Frequently traveling to Los Angeles, she also takes brow appointments based out of GBY Beauty in Silverlake.

✨ Powder Ombre Brow Transformation ✨
The top photo is how she fills in her brows, I chose to thickened the shape, raise the arches, and shorten the length to be more proportionate to her features 🥰 The colour looks dark at first but it softens up once healed! This technique lasts up to a few years 💕

3 years ago I opened up my lil beauty shop Beauty on the Block 💖
Before opening, I felt imposter syndrome creeping in and I asked my sister “what if no one books with me??” She looked at me crazy and told me to “shut the f*** up and just do it” …so I did 🤣 She always believes in me even when I sometimes don’t lol
To anyone who has ever booked with me, recommended me, trained with me, or hyped me up along the way… THANK YOU! You’ve helped make this dream a reality 🥰
And if you’re sitting on a dream because you’re scared it might not work… take the risk anyway. You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just have to start 🙌🏽

Frosty eyes with a classic brown n**e lip and a pop of colour on the cheeks. How bomb is her skin! It’s my fav feature to work on.. when your skin looks bomb you FEEL bomb 🥰
