Wishing you a happy holiday season!

After another 3 week closure due to Covid-19, we are finally able to open the clinic again! We will first be booking all present clients, whose appointments were cancelled and affected due to the mandatory closure. Once we have caught up with our present clients, we will be contacting all new clients who have been added to the wait list. We appreciate everyone’s patience and can’t wait to see you all again. Although the holidays may look different this year, we hope yours is filled with peace and light. Wishing each and everyone a wonderful holiday season, and Merry Christmas!

Update for all our wonderful clients, followers and fellow small business owners.

On Tuesday December 8, the Government of Alberta passed new regulations that affect Personal Service industry, which include the services we provide for our clients.

These regulations state that we must close for the duration of 4 weeks as of Sunday December 13 due to the covid 19 situation.

We will be contacting clients individually to reschedule appointments that fall within the closure period for mid January.

If you have any questions, or concerns please feel free to contact us directly. We are happy to provide additional information or assistance. In the meantime, please take care and stay safe.

Update:

Our clinic will be reopening on June 20, 2020. We will be contacting clients whose appointments were rescheduled or cancelled because of the Covid-19 closure.

We will have limited availability due to the implementation of the new guidelines, staggering of appointment times due to social distancing recommendations and increased sanitation procedures.

We will do our best to accommodate all of our clients for their treatments during this transition period.

New Guidelines

1. If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms that include cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

2. We will need you to complete our Covid-19 assessment form prior to attending your appointment. It must be completed, then emailed or texted back within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

3. We are encouraging booking appointments through non contact methods such as email, phone and text message.

4. All clients must wear a mask when attending their appointments. Masks will only be removed during scheduled treatment if necessary.

5. All clients must sanitize or wash their hands before and after treatment.

6. You will be required to fill out our visitor/client log with your contact information at the clinic.

7. We ask that you arrive at the scheduled appointment time (maximum 5 minutes early) to maintain social distancing recommendations.

8. We ask that you come to your appointments unaccompanied, unless necessary, such as a parent/guardian with child situation.

9. If you require any products or gift certificates, please let us know in and we can have it ready for you in advance.
