From start to finish I continually use warm towels with a light lemongrass sent. This creates a deeper sense of calm, relaxation and peace.

What a wonderful way to spend a few hours this morning. Our 1st year and definitely will be attending next year. So many bikes, some incredible people and a great cause. And the weather was absolutely incredible. 💕

PIH: It’s Not Just About Treating the Dark Spot
