Honestly this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But in the same breath I feel a sense of liberation knowing that by sharing my hair journey, I can contribute to creating an environment where us women can feel comfortable to show up as ourselves no matter what it looks like ✨ To any woman on a similar journey, remember that your hair does not have to define you negatively. Whether it’s a wig, extensions, braids, a head of grey hair, or bald spots, celebrate every facet of yourself and honor the beauty of being you. No matter what you decide to do, never forget that your uniqueness is your strength, so own your “imperfections” and turn them into your power 💪 This month of March, I urge us to learn to love and accept ourselves no matter society’s unrealistic beauty standards.
