Just a quick reminder to all my lovely clients 💛

Lately I’ve had appointments that were missed or cancelled last minute. I totally understand that life happens and things come up, but if you can’t make it, please just send me a quick message as soon as you can.

As a small business, every appointment really does matter. When someone doesn’t show, that time could’ve gone to another client who was waiting, and it also means lost income for me.

I’d hate to have to introduce a no show policy, but if I continue to see missed appointments, I may need to start charging a no-show show fee. If this were to happen I would require payment after a missed appointment before rebooking your next one.

I really appreciate every single one of you who respects my time and keeps supporting me. Your loyalty and friendships mean the world to me. Thanks so much for understanding, being kind, and continuing to support my small business. 💛

Please note that effective December 1st, there will be a slight increase in my salon services due to increasing overhead costs. Some services will see a greater increase than others, as I've carefully evaluated the cost and have no choice but to make the necessary adjustments.

Also, if you haven't done so, please make your Christmas appointments as soon as possible, as there is very limited space available.
