Please take a moment to double-check your appointment date & time before coming in. I’ve had a few missed appointments this week, and those spots could have gone to other clients waiting to book.

I truly understand that life happens, and I always try to be accommodating. That said, repeat no-shows will be subject to my no-show policy (50% of the service).

Thank you so much for respecting my time and supporting my small business — it truly means everything 🫶

Effective Monday March 24th all e-transfers will be subject to HST. Cash payments on services will not be collecting HST at this time. The email for e-transfer has been changed. The new email is [email protected]

The new price increases beginning January 10th. Prices have also been updated on Vagaro when booking online. Thank you everyone for your understanding and continued support.

Dear valued clients,

As we ring in the new year, I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your continued loyalty and support. Your patronage means the world to me and I am grateful to have you as my esteemed clients.

However, I must inform you that due to the rising costs of salon products and the overall cost of living, I am announcing a necessary price increase for all services, effective January 10th 2024. I understand that these are challenging economic times for everyone, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please know that this decision was not taken lightly, but it is necessary to ensure the sustainability and profitability of my business. I assure you that I will continue to provide you with the highest quality services and products that you have come to expect from me.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Wishing you a very happy new year filled with joy, prosperity, and good health.

Sincerely,
Jessica
