The part about explaining is what we love here. Not everyone who sits down knows what to expect, and Jessica has a habit of talking people through it as she goes. A small thing, and it makes a real difference if you are new to it or you simply like knowing what is happening.

Most people book a Skin Discovery Session precisely because they are not sure what their skin needs or how to achieve what they want. Arriving with questions rather than answers is the normal way to do this.

It’s thirty minutes with one of our aestheticians. A gentle cleanse, a proper look at your skin, and a conversation about what you have noticed, what you have tried, and what you are hoping for.

You’ll leave with a clear sense of what would help and what would not. Sometimes that is a facial. Sometimes it is one product swap. There is never any pressure to book anything on the spot.
