The Fire is Almost Lit 🔥🤍
After a summer away, we’re feeling rested, grateful, and so ready to welcome you back to Setri for our third season!
We’ve missed the forest, the fire, the familiar faces, the new ones, and all those little moments that make this place so much more than a sauna and cold plunge.
Season Three begins September 17, and we can’t wait to settle back into another season together. 🌲

A cozy new addition has arrived at Setri 🤎📚
Just in time for all the cozy fall vibes, we’ve added Setri’s Little Library to the spa! Bring a book, leave a book, and discover something new from our ever-changing shelves.
We’re so excited to see what books make their way through our little library and find a new home with you! 🍂✨
Another project checked off as we get ready for opening day next week! 🙌
Along with the new cold plunge tubs, we’ve added a custom centre cover between them, bringing the whole space together and adding the perfect finishing touch.
One more step closer to welcoming you back to Setri next week! 🌲✨
A fresh look for the forest 🌲🤎
As we get ready for opening day next week, we’ve replaced the burlap sacks lining the trees as you make your way into the spa!
This time, they’re from local favourite Drumroaster Coffee, adding a fresh new touch to the entrance while giving these sacks a second life. ☕️🌿
We can’t wait to welcome you back next week!

A little local food tour with us 🍦🥪
We recently made a couple of delicious stops right here in Cobble Hill, starting with a smash burger and fries at Cobble Hill Deli , followed by the “Salty Dog” at Drifters Creamery . 😋
We love being part of such an amazing local community and supporting the incredible businesses around us. If you’re visiting Setri, why not make a day of it and check out some of the other amazing spots Cobble Hill has to offer!

A little behind-the-scenes maintenance before opening day ✨
We’ve been busy getting Setri ready, including giving the roof a much-needed clean! Every detail is coming together as we prepare to welcome everyone back.
We’re so excited to reopen on September 17 and can’t wait to see you all in just a few weeks! 🤍
There’s something new tucked into the forest at Setri. 🌲
Our Japanese soaking tub is here — warm water, cool air, cedar all around, and nowhere else you need to be.
Inspired by the simple ritual of Japanese bathing, it’s a place to slow down, settle in, and let the heat do its thing. Between the sauna and the cold, or all on its own, we think this little corner of the forest is going to become a favourite.
We can’t wait for you to sink in.

We’ve added new handcrafted plunge tubs, giving you even more room to cool down, reset and embrace the cold between rounds of heat.
