I started Root & Ritual because of my own spiritual journey and the impact it has had on my life. I have personally experienced the power of intentions, manifestations, and the little moments of magic found in every day life.

Hi, I'm sure you can guess my name! I had the opportunity to get some professional brand photos done, so i thought I would take the time to reintroduce myself with a fresh photo, since it's been a while! 😌

A little about me:
✨️ I graduated with a bachelor of nursing degree in 2016, and my main focus during my nursing career has been on addictions/mental health.
✨️ I grew up on a farm, but moved down this way for university right after high-school.
✨️ I homeschool my twin boys and it has been the most soul-filling thing that I've ever experienced. I'm beyond thankful to own my own business and have flexibility so that I can keep them home!
✨️ I have a horse that I've owned since middle school, I turned half of my back yard into a garden + greenhouse, and every other weekend in the summer you'll find us camping and dirt biking!

With the craziness of the world the past few years and having the twins, being home and having a more flexible schedule was the ultimate goal. I knew nothing about owning a business, or even about the beauty industry. But.. When I took the eyelash extension courses in January 2022, I FELL IN LOVE. I have worked my ass off to create Eyelovelashes by Becca from the ground up - and i still have so many goals I hope to accomplish!

In September 2023, I decided to give this business the chance to run without limitation... and off we went! I am now lashing full time from home!

I have a tendency to overfill my plate, and I'm learning to set boundaries so that I have time to fill my cup too. Personal growth and self care has been a huge focus of mine since becoming a mom! I absolutely love my time in my cozy lash studio. I am still an introvert at heart, but I have loved getting to know every beautiful soul who has sat in my chair and have created friendships that I will cherish forever.

I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you. I'm grateful for this journey and all of the support through every step of the way. I give my all in every single thing I do, I work hard, and it has paid off. But I couldn't have done it without you 💗
