IBEW Local 2351

The IBEW 41st Convention has officially been gaveled into session. Local 2351 is proud to be here in San Diego representing our members, surrounded by brothers and sisters from across North America. Looking forward to a great week of networking, discussion, and moving our Local forward.

⚠️ ⚠️ Reminder that our regular monthly meeting will be held tonight at 8pm. Due to construction at the community center the meeting is moved to the ACB building! ⚠️ ⚠️

👏 👏 Annually the IBEW Local 2351 awards the Loretta Morgan Scholarship to a post secondary student who has graduated from EGLS or is a graduate child of a Local 2351 member.

IBEW Local 2351 would like to congratulate Sophie Kehoe as the successful applicant of this years Scholarship! Sophie is entering her second year of studies at Dalhousie University and is the daughter of Local 2351 members, Chris and Meghan Kehoe.

We thank each student who had entered submissions and also extend appreciation to Bev Hawco, Karen Montague and Brandon Cole for choosing the recepient of this years award! 🎓

During our monthly Executive meeting last Friday, it was noticed that there were some people missed from the email list for the Loretta Morgan Scholarship.
We have made a decision as an executive to extend the deadline for application to May 15/2026.
This scholarship is open to all 2025 graduates of EGLS or children of Local 2351 members.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
