✨ Reiki Level 1 Training is coming this November!! ✨

If you’ve been curious about Reiki, felt drawn to energy work, or simply want to deepen your connection with yourself, this training is an invitation to explore the practice from the inside out.

You'll learn the foundations of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and receive your level 1 attunement in addition to practicing hands-on techniques, and explore Reiki as a tool for self-care, intuition and self-connection. You’ll also begin learning how to hold a Reiki session for others.

This is a small, intimate training with space to learn, practice and integrate between our two gatherings.

This month is a busy one and it's quickly filling up! A few things to keep in mind:

I am currently away Aug 19th-22nd and I am away from Aug 27th to September 7th!

The week that I get back is pretty much fully booked already so if you have been craving an appointment I recommend snagging one of the few I have left available this month otherwise you will have to wait till the week of September 14th to get in!
