Truth, illusion, trust.
The truth always comes out. Why are you holding on to the past? What's so important that you keep the illusion going? Trust in yourself and let go of what no longer serves you. Even if it feels like you're giving up, but that's the thing, you're not giving up, just letting go of your old self. 💫

Decline going against your own guidelines. Listen to your body and say No without guilt and regret. It's all balance. 💫
