As the holidays approach we know you want to be looking your best (we sure do 😉). So here are some key tips to keeping your skin looking fresh and youthful all year long!

🎄Exfoliate your skin. Exfoliating your skin helps to remove dead skin cells, soften your skin and makes your skin look more radiant.
🎄Clean your pillow cases often. Keeping your pillow cases clean helps prevent bacteria from building up on your pillowcases and getting on your skin. This is an excellent way to help prevent breakouts!
🎄Stay hydrated. No matter what, staying hydrated is very important. But in this particular case, staying hydrated helps your skin keep its elasticity which reduces the risks of, fine lines, wrinkles and scars and generally helps prevent signs of aging.
