Not your basic team testing and training. No shortcuts or cookie cutter programs here. Team testing and training in our performance stream starts with a detailed assessment. Clinical testing looks at range of motions of key joints and pain provocations tests. This helps us understand the hardware and assess for injury risk factors. Strength testing gives us a glimpse into movement and strength symmetry to catch compensations that might be happening under the hood. Field testing (not shown here) is a battery of on-field sprint and agility tests to gauge how the clinical piece translates into performance. From there we pool athletes and create individual sport specific programs to reduce injury risk and improve performance for better, sustainable, on field,on ice, or on court performance. 🙌💪
The right way of doing things is rarely the easy way.
