And we want to keep expanding that team. If you're trained in Eco Lash & Brow Premium System, have been using the system for at least 1 year - with 4 years of experience in lash lifting - and want to become a Lash/Brow Mastery trainer yourself... If you're new here, Hi! I'm Tina Kim - the founder of Lash/Brow Mastery & our newest company: TinaK Beauty Supply (formerly known as TinaKDesign), as well as the Exclusive Distributor of Eco Lash & Brow Premium System.

My business has transformed IMMENSELY over the past few years, but today I want to talk about where it all started and what the journey has looked like to get to where I am today.

I actually started my career far outside of the lash industry, with a background in Fashion Design and Communication before eventually finding my way into beauty in 2016.

Like so many artists, I started behind the chair doing lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow laminations. But the deeper I got into the industry, the more I realized we needed better: better education, better products, more transparency, and more support for artists.

I became especially passionate about lash lifts and started questioning the products and systems we were taught to use. I wanted to understand the ingredients, the chemistry, and whether there was a gentler way to get beautiful results without compromising lash and brow health.

That search eventually led me to build TinaKDesign, and later Lash/Brow Mastery, around everything I felt was missing: quality education, high-performing products, honest information, and ongoing support.

What started behind the chair has grown into something much bigger, but my goal is still the same: help artists work smarter, understand the why behind their craft, and build careers they're proud of.

Now, we're expanding even more. I'm so excited to announce that starting September 21st, the journey with Eco System is continuing over on , the new home of all the products you love getting from me. I can't wait for you to see what we've been creating behind the scenes!
