Instead of assuming lashes weren’t for her, we had a thorough consultation. We talked through her previous experiences, assessed her eye shape, and discussed possible factors that could have contributed to her discomfort including eye closure during the appointment, adhesive sensitivities, and application technique.

Every client is different. There isn’t a one size fits all approach.

By making adjustments to the application, paying close attention to eye closure and comfort throughout the service, and choosing products that were appropriate for her, she left with gorgeous lashes and, most importantly, a much better experience.
