20 years ago I purchased The Centre from the previous owner. I had worked there for 5 years and was hopeful to grow the business. I can not believe that 20 years has gone by so fast. I am looking forward to seeing how much more we can grow!

Why Massage Can Help Even When Tests Are “Normal”
Not all discomfort shows up on scans or imaging.
Tightness, heaviness, or persistent tension can come from:
• Muscle guarding
• Stress-related holding patterns
• Movement habits
• Nervous system sensitivity
Massage helps by supporting soft tissues and calming the body’s stress response, even when there’s no clear injury.
This is why massage can feel helpful even when everything looks “normal.”
