Janet Bernakevitch Massage

I offer massage to people from all walks of life with training in oncology and pregnancy massage. I have been providing massage for fourteen years and still find it to be such a rewarding career. There is something remarkable about the connection that occurs during a massage when the therapist is able to bring relief to a client. Massage is much more than just pampering yourself it is a wonderful form of self care that benefits muscles, the immune system and is very calming to the nervous system. You as the client are in the drivers seat which means you direct how much or how little pressure is used during your massage. Its most important that you feel that you are in control of what is happening during your massage, this way there is never too much pressure applied. The beauty of your massage experience is that it can be therapeutic which can be designed to ease out muscle tension or it can be relaxing to take the edge off of daily stress.
