Running is my hobby for six years now. I experienced running 5K, 10K and 21K events in Calgary Marathon few years back.
What’s even more interesting is when I decided to become a Registered Massage Therapist, therapeutic exercises and strengthening are one of the many things we need to learn to get the diploma. 👊👊👊
Now I can incorporate my passion for running, treatment for muscles, strengthening exercises and stretching.
