Effective immediately, I have implanted a new cancellation / no show policy!

Although I wish this was something I didn’t have to do, as a small business last minute cancellations or no shows affect me and the clients that are looking to book with me.

As a courtesy to myself and other clients that are patiently waiting for a spot, please remember I require a minimum of 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you do cancel less then 24 hours of your schedule appointment 50% of your service will be required to rebook.
In the case of a no-show you will be charged the full service amount if interested in rebooking.

I do understand that life happens and things can pop up, but I do kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
