My recommendation for anyone with DPN bumps like these:
If you’re considering removal, come in for a consultation while the bumps are still small. Larger bumps may require more treatment time, cost more to remove, and take longer to heal and blend in with the surrounding skin.
Healing doesn’t end when the scabs fall off. Any remaining dark marks can take several months to fade, especially in melanin-rich skin. Smaller treatment areas may settle sooner, but everyone heals differently.
Skincare products and microneedling won’t remove DPN bumps—they require treatment specifically suited to these growths if you choose to have them removed.

I’m always so happy when clients come back so we can take follow-up photos! I do many treatments, but I don’t always get the chance to photo the results.
Photos taken at home often have different lighting and angles, which makes comparison difficult. Taking photos in the same setting helps us see the changes more clearly. Thank you for coming back and letting me capture your progress!
This is a cherry angioma — a small, benign cluster of blood vessels. When I cauterize it, the heat coagulates and seals those tiny blood vessels, so you can actually see the red spot fade almost immediately. After that, a small scab may form while the skin heals
