This September, I’m opening a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by forest, ocean, nature, and community—a space to slow down, breathe, rest, reconnect, and simply BE.

🌿 Come for 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, or stay longer.
You do not need to stay for the entire month.
Choose the amount of time that feels right for you.

This is not a traditional retreat with a busy schedule or pressure to participate. Instead, you’ll have the freedom to create your own rhythm.

During your stay, you may be invited into:

✨ Silent and guided meditation
✨ Breathwork
✨ Gentle body movement
✨ Time in nature, by the ocean and among the trees
✨ Evening circles, music, chanting and shared presence
✨ Moments of stillness, reflection and connection
✨ Community with like-minded people
✨ Space to share your own gifts, such as yoga, music, voice or other practices

And just as important—there is plenty of free time.

Time to walk.
Time to rest.
Time to explore.
Time to reflect.
Time to do absolutely nothing.

All meals are vegetarian and lovingly prepared. You’re also welcome to bring your favorite snacks and, if you feel called, join in the preparation.

This is a space to step out of the rush and return to yourself—without expectations, without pressure, and in your own rhythm.
