With some remaining yellow pigment present, it took a two sessions with me to properly blend the ink in order to achieve fuller, natural results. The healed work will be 30-50% lighter creating a soft fullness that blends with her brow hair.

A little brow tint and shaping goes a long way 💕

Brow tinting is a temporary treatment where the colour is applied topically to the brow hair and skin. The tint colour is usually matched to the natural brow hair colour.
It is darkest on the first day and gradually lightens over the following weeks.

It’s a great treatment for anyone who doesn’t want to pencil their brows on, or for those going on vacations or to special events.

⚠️ When I say your brows will heal softer, cooler, and lighter, this is what it can look like!

Notice the difference between the middle pic (fresh) and bottom pic (healed).

PMU is great for building up your natural brows, and the best PMU will be unnoticeable to the viewer. Here is my client’s journey so far:

1️⃣ BEFORE: The top photo shows her brows before treatment. She has sparse tails and fronts. The goal is to build up those areas for a fuller look. She has combination skin and easily sweats.

2️⃣ FRESHLY AFTER: The middle photo shows her brows right after her first session of Classic Microblading. The brows appear dark in colour with distinct hair-strokes.

3️⃣ AFTER HEALED: Most importantly, the bottom photo shows her healed results after 6 weeks. The tails are fuller, and the hair-strokes have become soft and neutral in colour, blending seamlessly with her brow hair.

At touchup, the goal is to fill the front areas more, and balance any areas that may have healed lighter.


PMU is a process that shouldn’t be rushed, but instead built up over time only as needed. 🤎

The power of colour correction 🙌🏼 Let’s talk about her progress:

In the top photo, my client came in with previous work from another studio. The old ink has become gray; this could be due to improper placement in the skin and/or incorrect colour choice. She also had mild scar tissue from the previous work.

The bottom photo shows her healed results 6 weeks after just one session of colour correction. To correct the colour, I selected a medium brown with a warm base tone and did Powder Shading for an even application. Now that it’s healed, the gray has been neutralized nicely, and we can target a darker shade of brown at her next session. 🤎

Correction Brows includes two full sessions, allowing full healing between each appointment and targeting the colour gradually for the best long-term results.
