Rare sighting of all the Stretch Fairy | Women’s Wellness + Movement Studio co gals in one place! Ever wondered what we offer? I’ll fill@ya in below 💓

AMBER ~ RMT moderate pressure, more holistic with services such as facial massage and hot stone. This gal is very intuitive and you can feel the energy through her hands. Reiki & energy work are future career goals for her 🧖🏽‍♀️

ERIKA RMT ~ known for skilled deep tissue work but will also drop into the realm of facial massage and cranio sacral therapy

CHRISTINA ~ a multi talented fitness instructor bringing the vibes and energy to our movement studio offering classes 2-3x weekly. Also a very valued dietician with so much knowledge. She embodies balance and longevity with a train for life approach.

MEGAN RN ~ working in oncology at the hospital by day, & popping up with us for medical aesthetics services with us by night. Megan offers a wide service menu including Botox, B12, microneedling, chemical peels & more.

PENNEY ~ our sweet Penney has been loved by so many of you, & is working towards being able to behave in vulnerable environments such as hospitals as a therapy dog. She’s still a pup, but we want to let her love on as many people as possible as we can tell that’s what her soul has chosen.

SHAE ~ hey it’s me 😂 thanks for sticking around for the last 10 years. You can work with me 1:1 through stretch therapy, facial massage & soon to be hot stone massage, through fitness including barre, stretch & Pilates, through practitioner certifications and through sports work. Although we love our team, as you can tell my hands are full and I’m always looking for skilled fitness instructors to add to our team 💓

We would love to have you as a client. If you’ve been wanting to book an apt or sign up for some classes, we have plenty of options available to you
