If you’ve visited Grand Wellness, you may already know Sara McCready. If you’re new to the Grand Wellness community, meet Sara McCready — Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner who has been part of the Grand Wellness community since November 2020.
Sara has been practicing Reiki since 2019 and has been working with the red-light therapy system since 2016. With years of hands-on experience with both modalities, she brings a deeply intuitive and personalized approach to every session.
🌿 Reiki with Sara is a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, energetic balance and a greater sense of connection within.
✨ Reiki + Red-Light Therapy intentionally brings these two complementary modalities together - combining the restorative experience of red-light therapy with the deeply relaxing, energetic practice of Reiki.
Sara McCready is Brantford’s only practitioner offering an intentionally integrated Reiki + red-light therapy experience.
