Essentially Entwined

Is now a good time to remind you that, along with everything else we've got going on this weekend, including the French Dressing Fit Event, we've also got Sylvia Aeichele of Essentially Entwined back for round two of her wonderfully relaxing Mini Reflexology Sessions! 💜👣

This Friday, September 18, 2026, Sylvia will be set up by the fish pond at the Green Spot from 10am to 4pm, helping soothe tired feet, ease aches and pains, and provide a little moment of calm in your busy day.

And let's be honest... after spending time trying on the perfect pair of French Dressing jeans, your feet might just thank you! 😉

We are under construction, a little dusty but still open.
This how we spent Saturday. Started with a 32” now a 36” door. This will make it easier for clients coming in and out. Still need trim and paint, but that will come.

👂 Discover the Power of Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeds)! ✨

Did you know your ear contains reflex points that correspond to your entire body? Auricular Therapy uses tiny ear seeds placed on specific points of the ear to help support your body’s natural balance and well-being—without needles.

Ear seeds may help support:

* 💜 Stress & anxiety
* 😴 Better sleep
* 🤕 Headaches & migraines
* 🦴 Neck, back & joint discomfort
* 🌿 Digestive support
* ⚖️ Hormonal balance
* 🚭 Habit & craving support
* 🌸 Relaxation and emotional wellness

The seeds stay in place for several days, allowing you to gently press them throughout the day for continued stimulation.

At Essentially Entwined, each session is personalized to your needs using professional auricular therapy techniques in a relaxing, welcoming environment.

This is my clinic space today, listen to birds, the odd train, watching fish fight, over something I don’t know about.
Enjoying the warmth and the greenery here at The Green Spot.

I am so looking forward to a day with peaceful surroundings, plants and more.
