WE’RE HIRING – Residential Roofing Sales Consultant 🏠📈

NS Roofer is looking for a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team in Halifax / HRM.

💰 $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential
💵 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
📋 Company-Provided Leads
🎓 Roofing Training Provided
📍 Local Candidates Preferred

We’re looking for someone who is confident speaking with homeowners, enjoys working in the field, and is willing to actively create new business — not someone who only waits for leads.

What you’ll do:
• Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Generate business through door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, referrals and follow-ups
• Conduct roof assessments using ladders, drones and measuring tools
• Explain shingle, metal roofing, ventilation, flashing and warranty options
• Prepare and present quotations
• Update customer information and follow-ups in CRM daily

What we’re looking for:
• Strong English communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable travelling throughout Halifax / HRM
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable knocking on doors and speaking with homeowners
• Roofing or construction experience is an asset, but not required
• We can train the right person on roofing knowledge

We are looking for someone who understands local customers, follows through, and is willing to get out into the community and create opportunities.
