September calendars have a way of filling up before the month even begins (IYKYK 😅).

Between school drop-offs, work, activities and everything else families are trying to fit into the same seven days, finding time for an appointment can take some serious coordination.

That’s why Dr. Casey will be extending her clinic hours beginning in September.

Her schedule will be approximately 10 hours per week, across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., with days varying week to week.

The additional availability is intended to make it a little easier for both new and existing patients to find a time that works without rearranging their entire week.

More availability doesn’t always mean immediate availability, so we still recommend
booking ahead and joining the waitlist when your preferred time isn’t currently open.

Follow along for the full September schedule and booking details.

You ate lunch, but by mid-afternoon, you’re exhausted and searching for something sweet.

Sometimes the reason is relatively straightforward: you didn’t sleep well, you’ve barely had water or lunch was whatever you could eat between meetings, appointments or caring for everyone else.

Other times, several factors may be working together, including:
→ Going too long without eating
→ Meals that aren’t keeping you satisfied
→ Dehydration
→ Interrupted or insufficient sleep
→ Ongoing stress and mental load
→ Hormonal changes
→ The way your body is regulating blood sugar

One afternoon slump doesn’t automatically point to a health concern. But if it happens every day, feels intense or comes with strong cravings, difficulty concentrating, irritability or feeling hungry again soon after eating, it may be worth looking at the pattern more closely.

Dr. Morgan is back at Crescent Health Collective and works with women who want to better understand their energy, hormones, blood-sugar regulation and metabolic health.

Her Monday evening appointments are booking quickly, and she has added two virtual Wednesday evenings in August and September to help meet demand. Booking ahead is recommended.

Introducing common allergens is one of those parenting tasks that sounds simple until you’re actually holding the spoon.

Suddenly, you’re wondering how much to offer, what time of day to try it, whether that spot on their skin was already there and exactly how closely you need to watch them afterward.

That uncertainty can make putting it off feel easier.

You don’t need to approach allergen introduction with zero fear or complete confidence. You need reliable information, an age-appropriate plan and a clear understanding of what to watch for.

Your baby’s individual health history matters too. Eczema, an existing food allergy, previous reactions and your family’s allergy history may all affect the questions you have and the guidance you need.

Dr. Tina works with families navigating starting solids, common allergens and food sensitivities. She can help you think through your baby’s individual needs without turning feeding into another overwhelming list of rules.

Which part of introducing allergens feels most intimidating to you? Leave a comment or send us a DM.

Your intuition is powerful. When your body is telling you something feels different, we want you to listen.

Especially after hearing:

“It’s probably just your hormones.”
“That’s normal after having a baby.”
“Pregnancy is uncomfortable.”
“You’re getting older.”
“Your test results look fine.”

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong before asking more questions. Noticing that your energy, cycle, pain, digestion, sleep, mood or recovery feels different is meaningful information.

We want women to feel confident speaking up, asking questions and trusting what they know about their own bodies. We’re here to listen, explore the full picture and help you feel informed and empowered in your care.

Share this with a woman who needs the reminder that her intuition is worth listening to.

We know it can be frustrating when the practitioner you’re hoping to see is already fully booked.

Continuity of care matters to us, especially when you’ve found someone who understands your history, your goals and the support you’ve already received.
That’s why the waitlist isn’t only for last-minute or urgent appointments.

If you book the next available appointment, you can also join that practitioner’s waitlist directly through their booking page. This lets our team know you’d be available if an earlier opening comes up.

Cancellations happen. Schedules shift. An appointment may become available sooner than expected.

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee an earlier appointment, but it gives you another opportunity to come in sooner without having to keep checking the booking page. Your original appointment will still remain in place unless a new time is confirmed.

Hoping to see one of our practitioners sooner? Visit their booking page to join the waitlist, or send us a DM if you need help finding the option.

The care you need today may be connected to what you experienced years ago.

Your fertility journey may connect to your hormones.
Your pregnancy and birth experience may shape your postpartum recovery.

Your pelvic health, mental health, nervous system, energy and family’s well-being may all overlap in ways that aren’t always obvious at first.

These parts of your health aren’t separate just because they happened during different seasons of your life.

Our practitioners look at what’s already been explored, what’s changed and where different parts of your story may connect. When appropriate, they can also collaborate across disciplines so your care doesn’t feel like a series of disconnected appointments.

Returning to care means coming back to a team that already understands the context behind why you’re here.

You may still need to tell us what’s changed, but you shouldn’t have to feel like everything that came before has been forgotten.

Share this with someone who deserves care that sees the full picture.
