Cleavers is just about to bloom and it’s the perfect time to make some cleavers sun tea with my daily tea mix as a boost for my lymphatic system.

Also the Labrador tea is loving all the water we have and cloud berry plants are spreading like crazy

Get out and see what nature has in store!

Happy foraging ✌🏻🌱

Lather Lagoon & The Book Nook

Alberta wild roses are in full bloom 😍
Perfect time to harvest some petals. But remember not to harvest all the petals from one flower, our pollinator friends need somewhere to land. 2-3 petals from a flower is enough. Don’t over harvest!
Happy foraging✌🏻🌱

It’s the season for dandelions, violets and spruce tips. Get out and forage!
Oh and a cute little robins nest🪺

Finally our fields are dry enough I can wander out to the back woods again! 🌱✌🏻
