Running a salon ain’t cheap!
But it’s so worthwhile. We didn’t get into this to become millionaires - we wanted to create a warm and fun environment to work in, a counter-culture salon that challenged industry norms and puts work life balance first. A place where stylists feel they can learn and be creative and excel at their craft.

Everyone meet the newest Hairo ✨ELLA✨
Straight from Melbourne 🇦🇺 and currently on what was supposed to be a travel year that somehow turned into 3 years 😂, Ella has 7+ years behind the chair as a stylist. She’s all about effortless, lived-in blondes, beautiful coppers, bouncy blowdries, all things colour and gorgeous long hair. She offers a high level of client care and is focused on hair health to keep her amazing colour work looking its best.
We’re so excited to have her join the crew and bring her talent, experience and Aussie energy to BEATNIK 🏔️✂️

We have some sad news 😞
Aga’s last day at BEATNIK will be Aug 21st. Her plan has always been to go back to England and we’re lucky to have squeezed a few extra months out of her 😅 (tbh we were hoping to convince her to stay forever!)
So that means it’s your last few weeks to book with Aga - whether it’s for your first summer highlight special or your final haircut in her chair, book online before time (and appointments) run out.
And do us a favour - remind her she should stay 😉💗
