Most people will experience a headache at some point in their lives, and many people experience chronic headaches. Chronic headaches can limit the ability to work, make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and make it harder to enjoy everyday activities. Massage therapy can help you decrease your headache frequency and intensity.
